NOT LIVING THE LIFE YOU WANT TO BE? LET’S TALK.

I am passionate about working with women and am currently providing psychotherapy in ct, ri, and ma. i am trained in individual, family, and group therapy, and hold a deep interest in the topics of:

Mood

Sometimes something’s not quite right. I get it. Maybe you feel anxious, depressed, unmotivated, or on edge. Maybe you can’t even figure out why you feel this way. We can work together to uncover what is getting in the way of you feeling at peace. With the warmth of a best friend, I’ll challenge you to face yourself head on. We can dissect and rebuild your life. I’ll teach you healthy and holistic ways to cope along the way.

Trauma

I am specially trained to work with individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives. Some trauma is more acute in nature, and some is more insidious and may be related to the environments and families we grew up in. I can walk you through the journey of processing what has happened to you, and help you to move forward in an intentional and meaningful way. I also run a therapy group for people who have experienced parental emotional immaturity. Please ask me about it! Healing is possible, and it is never too late to take the first step.

Relationships

What’s love got to do with it? Let’s work together to decipher what is going well—and what needs improvement—in your relationships. I can help you to uncover and repair unconscious patterns in your interactions with others, and I will teach you more effective ways to communicate. Think of me as your personal cheerleader, and be ready to see your personal relationships blossom.

Family

Deciding to become a family, start a family, and how to raise a family are all monumental events in your personal life. Building a family can be complex, and does not always go as planned. I am trained in perinatal counseling and have coached women through a spectrum of pregnancy outcomes, and help them to understand and cope with what these outcomes mean for their lives. I also work with individuals around processing family-of-origin trauma, on maintaining healthy marriages after children, and raising happy and resilient kiddos. Every mom needs a lifeline, and I’m here to answer your call.

Adolescence and early adulthood

I love working with high school and college students, as well as women in their twenties who are figuring out this whole adulthood thing. I believe that these are some of the most profound years in creating the life you really want, and I’m here to help support you through these big transitions.
